Shipping & Delivery Time

Due to the size of our parcels and the variety of products available in our store – including custom-made items – shipping arrival time can vary significantly. It really depends on the product design, stock location, and current logistics conditions.

• For products stocked in Australia, delivery typically takes less than 1 week.

• For other items, especially customised or made-to-order products, delivery time will depend on the specific product and availability. Please feel free to contact our customer support team for a more accurate estimate.

Please note:

• Our parcels are often large in size, and international deliveries may be impacted by policy changes, customs delays, or logistics disruptions.

• As a general rule, international shipping takes more than 10 business days.

• If your item was shipped within the last 10 business days and you haven’t received it yet, we kindly ask that you wait a bit longer before contacting us.

• Once tracking is provided, please follow the tracking updates directly. Unfortunately, our support team is unable to speed up the shipping process once a parcel is in transit.
