Our Yamaha Racing Fairings YZF R1 2015-2019 Fairing Set is designed to give your motorcycle an entirely new appearance by providing you with all the required components.

The Yamaha YZF R1 2015–2019 Fairing Kit consists of an extensive assortment of fairing components, including a front mudguard, front upper fairing, left and right sides with a belly pan or lower side panels, and a full rear duck tail fairing.

Fairings Production Process and Time

In our Australian warehouse and our plant in China, we stock a wide variety of aftermarket fairings suitable for the Yamaha R1 in multiple inventory configurations.

The following are some of the steps and amounts of time needed in creating fairings:

• Please be as detailed as possible in the details and requirements for your order.
• Before you can paint the fairings on your motorcycle, you have some preparation work. 
• The kit will have a longer lifespan if you utilise graphics, decals, and a clear finish rather than merely stickers on your fairing kit.
• Please thoroughly inspect your motorcycle's fairings, take pictures of them, and then carefully pack each panel.
• If you have a particular colour scheme or design in mind for your fairings, it will require more effort on our part to ensure you are satisfied with the end product.

Most aftermarket fairing kits require a total manufacture time of around 10 to 15 working days.

It takes more time to make a race fairing kit out of fibreglass or in the style of a race than it does to construct a fairing kit out of plastic. 

If you want us to change the colour scheme, design, or other specifications while developing the product, we will require more time.

If the design you ordered is extraordinarily intricate or one-of-a-kind, we will email you photos of the completed fairings for your approval before sending the kit.

Alternatively, you can contact 12k Motorcycle Fairings, and we will make every effort to match the colour based on the images you supply or our previous work. 

In addition, we will discuss how closely we can match the colour of your motorcycle fairing kit to the colour of the original fairing on your bike.

Only purchase a 12k motor fairing kit if you tolerate a little difference in paint colour between the OEM fairing kit and the 12k motor fairing kit (Or fuel tank). 

Either purchase a gas tank from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or paint it to match the colour of our fairing kit. 

This is our suggestion. We know that the price to refinish an undamaged petrol tank in Australia can range from $250 to $400, depending on the paint shop and chosen colour. 

It is available at a far lower price than you would anticipate, and they can colour-match it in practically no time. 

If you require stickers for your gas tank and purchase one of our aftermarket fairing kits, we will give them at no cost.
