• Preparations and Painting for your motorcycle fairings. (Inside as well)
• Apply Graphics, Decals and Clear Coat on top of stickers to give your fairing kit durable finish.
• Checking of your motorcycle fairings and take photos of them, then pack well each single panel.
• We will need extra steps if your order is customized design or color, to ensure your special fairing design is what you expected.

The manufacturing process and timeframe for most aftermarket fairing designs will be approximately 10 to 15 working days.

Producing fibreglass fairing packages for racing or in a racing style takes more time. We will also need additional time during production if you request modifications to the colour scheme, design, or other specifications.

If you request a more intricate or customised design, we will email you photographs of the finished fairings for your approval before shipping the kit.

We regret that we cannot guarantee that the paint on your 12k motor will match the OEM factory fairing panels or gas tank. Fairing pigment paint fading, undercoat and layer variations, OEM product material, and other factors contribute to this.

We can precisely match the colour if you provide a small original part to a 12k motor motorcycle fairing warehouse in Australia and a motorbike fairing workshop in Sydney. We charge between $50 and AUD 80 to match colours, and while we cannot guarantee a perfect match, you can anticipate an extremely close match.

Please provide us with digital photographs of the original equipment manufacturer fairing before sending it to us by mail. If you cannot provide a sample of the original paint, the 12k motor will do its best to match the colour based on photographs or our experience.

In addition, we will inform you how close we can match the hue of your motorcycle fairing kit to the colour of your bike. Choosing a 12k motor fairing kit may be preferable if the OEM fairing kit (or fuel tank) colour is too essential to you.

You can purchase a gasoline tank that matches the colour of our fairing kit, or you can paint the tank yourself. We know that in Australia, depending on the paint shop and colour, the cost to refinish an undamaged fuel tank can range between $250 and $400.
